Why with a mill bit though?
Cleaner more precise hole diameter?

Gotta be slower than utilizing a drill bit, no?!

Annular cutters remove less material than a drill bit to arrive at the same size hole. They will tolerate higher rpm too. With the back gears the press will drill a 1" hole without a pilot using a fluted bit.. It just ends up being slower.
