The bigger winds bypassed us this time. About 1.5" of rains so far since the Friday overnite to Saturday. And still raining.
Guessers are showing moistures are likely on & off for the next 5 days or so.

Good morning folks. Hope everyone stayed safe, with no weather cleanups needed.
43f currently and maybe 50f sometime today.
I'm really glad that part of the yard got cut yesterday b4 the rain started, if I had to wait for the next opportunity to cut I may have had to bale the shiz.

And as soon as I figure out why the hydraulic clamp don’t work, I’ll actually sharpen a chain with it...
It probably needs some oil, occasionally those cylinders leak when shipped. Also unless they have fixed the problem the top cylinder pin likes to work its way out & its a pia to get back in.

This is how I took care of one of mine. I trimmed back the shield & put a small hose clamp on it.

A narrow strip of gorilla tape wrapped multiple times might work as well.

The ice went out of the lake 10 days ago so the wife was anxious to get up there. No big trees down and everything was ok. Cool and windy so a fire felt good. Snowed a week ago even. 🤮

Got a picture just after the Sun went down too.

I figured as much..

Just gotta wonder why a company would send out something that wasn’t performance tested...

They kinda let me down...

Neither one of mine had any issues with that. I had to adjust the clamp a bit to get them to cut the same on R & L teeth.

Once it gets above mid 80's for a bit those bugs will come out. The new guy in charge of the park by my blind buddy says they taste good? So my friend is on a quest to collect enough to cook for his own experience
