Not sure I could recommend that because the 550 XP already has been criticized for running a bit too warm. The carb is mounted too close to the cylinder and that sets up vapor lock that then leads to hot start troubles. Upgrading that engine to the 562 might make it worse. Just MHO.

Now, of course, you could argue that a larger cc engine might allow it to run cooler and solve some overheating problems. Always a possibility, but both the bore and the stroke are larger on the 562, so it won't be easy.

I looked into it. It’s pretty close to impossible.

Somewhat related, 572 and 592 both have a 39mm stroke. Could be something there.

Joe @Red97 Did several cool cs590 044/046/460 hybrids. Anyone look at doing a quad port transfer hybrid on a timber wolf? 372xp? Dolkita 7900?

I looked into doing a 660/395xp BB and I think it is doable but I don't have the equipment to machine the case and I'm just not sure if you could flow enough fuel to a 106cc with the 660 carb so you'd probably need a 880 intake/carb and your talking more of a race setup than a work saw at that point which is what I was wanting.

Reminds me of this.

The hybrid is much stronger than my ported 4910. There are difficulties with the transfer flares on the 365S. A husky 268 may be a better fit.
Really,? Wow. That's impressive .Out the three 50cc I ported the 4910 runs the strongest. Who doesn't like even more power? Have to re-read your build thread and consider taking a stab at it next winter.
